Introduction
Windle Trust International (WTI) is a specialist educational INGO operating in South Sudan since 2005. WTI is implementing the Accelerated Secondary Education Programme (ASEP), funded by the World Bank under the Building Skills for Human Capital Development (BSHCD) initiative, administered by the Ministry of General Education and Instruction (MoGEI). The program targets 5,000 unqualified/untrained volunteer teachers to complete a two-year accelerated secondary education cycle and acquire a South Sudan Certificate of Secondary Education (CSE), enabling them to pursue professional teacher education.

Purpose:
The Project Officer will oversee field-level delivery of the ASEP program, supporting teachers and coordinating with SMOGEI officials, County Education Departments, and Payam Education Supervisors. Responsibilities include planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
